Programming runs throughout the school year, meeting on Thursdays afternoons for approximately three hours. Girl Power utilizes the curriculum "Girls Circle," a strength-based support group model that addresses the unique needs of girls ages 9–18, by integrating relational–cultural theory (RCT), resiliency practices, and skills training into a specific format designed to increase positive connection, personal and collective strengths, and competence in girls. During school vacations and holidays, the girls take part in culturally enriching, educational, and entertaining field trips, exposing them to opportunities they normally are not afforded.
